Renexus Resource Group is seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our Karachi team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a key part in the company's growth by identifying and nurturing high-value leads that fuel our sales engine.

As the first point of contact for potential clients, you'll contribute directly to building meaningful business relationships and driving opportunities for the sales team.

What You'll Do

  • Strategic Prospecting: Research and identify high-potential clients and decision-makers.
  • Multi-Channel Outreach: Generate qualified leads via calls, emails, and professional social media engagement.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and organized lead records in our database.
  • Sales Support: Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and other sales collateral.
  • Market Research: Identify emerging trends and business opportunities to inform strategy.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide timely insights on lead generation activities to management.
  • Service Knowledge: Gain deep understanding of our services and effectively communicate their value.

  • Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Digital Literacy: Basic experience using social media for professional outreach.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong research skills and accuracy in data management.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; 6–12 months in lead generation, sales support, or related fields is preferred.
  • Education: Minimum Intermediate qualification; Bachelor's degree preferred.
