About the Role

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and daily operations of Tayto Café Islamabad. You'll lead the team in delivering consistent food quality, fast service, and a friendly guest experience — all while achieving business targets and maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all restaurant operations, including service, kitchen performance, and guest relations.
  • Hire, train, and develop team members to maintain Tayto Café's high service standards.
  • Manage budgets, labor, and inventory to meet sales and profitability goals.
  • Ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance with local health and safety regulations.
  • Drive sales and customer loyalty through quality service and community engagement.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of restaurant management experience (casual dining or fast food preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving operational and financial goals.
  • Hands-on experience with POS systems, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Flexible availability (including weekends and peak hours).
  • Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
