We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Manager Audit – FICO to join our textile manufacturing group. The ideal candidate must be CA Qualified, CA Finalist, ACA, ACMA, or CMA with a strong background in financial and cost audits, especially within the textile industry. The role involves ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, compliance with internal controls, and supporting the SAP FICO module-related processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and oversee financial and operational audits across departments.
  • Evaluate internal controls, accounting, and auditing systems.
  • Lead audits in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Analyze SAP FICO data to identify discrepancies, inefficiencies, and areas for process improvement.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with finance, costing, and IT teams to resolve audit issues.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and accounting standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation measures.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the finance and audit functions.

Required Qualifications:

  • CA Qualified, CA Finalist, ACA, ACMA, or CMA is mandatory.
  • 3 to 4 years of relevant audit experience, preferably in the textile industry.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP FICO module.
  • Strong knowledge of internal controls, accounting standards, and audit practices.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple audits and deadlines effectively.
