We are seeking a skilled Java Spring Boot Developer to join our software development team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in building scalable backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications that meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.
  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient Java code following coding standards.
  • Integrate applications with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
  • Collaborate with front-end developers, QA, and project managers to deliver high-quality software.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
  • Implement security best practices and ensure application reliability.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
  • Maintain proper documentation of code, APIs, and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Java (8/11/17) and Spring Boot framework.
  • Experience with REST APIs, Hibernate/JPA, and Microservices architecture.
  • Solid knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
  • Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Knowledge of messaging queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
  • Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito).
  • Exposure to DevOps practices and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
