Role Overview
As an
Outbound Lead Generation Specialist
, you'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying leads through
cold calling and LinkedIn outreach
. You'll play a pivotal role in driving our client pipeline — initiating conversations, nurturing interest, and booking discovery calls for our sales and product teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute
cold calling campaigns
targeting Founders, CEOs, CTOs, and Product Heads. - Conduct
warm follow-up calls
with engaged leads to convert them into meetings. - Build and manage structured
LinkedIn outreach campaigns
— connection requests, personalized DMs, and follow-ups. - Maintain a steady pipeline of
qualified SaaS and AI leads
using data-driven targeting. - Research and define
ideal customer profiles (ICPs)
to improve lead quality and conversion. - Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to
align outreach messaging
with ongoing campaigns. - Use
CRM tools
(HubSpot, Apollo, or Pipedrive) for lead tracking, notes, and status updates. - Write compelling
outreach scripts, icebreakers, and conversation hooks
tailored to target segments. - Apply
modern prospecting tools and automation platforms
(Sales Navigator, Clay, Phantombuster, etc.) to enhance reach. - Consistently experiment with new techniques to
boost response and meeting rates. - Prepare
weekly performance reports
summarizing leads contacted, meetings booked, and results achieved. - Stay updated with the latest
B2B lead generation trends, personalization tactics, and tools.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years
of proven outbound lead generation experience for
SaaS or AI-based services. - Demonstrated success in
cold calling
and
LinkedIn outreach
with measurable results (meetings booked, clients closed, etc.). - Excellent spoken and written
English communication skills
— confident and persuasive on calls. - Deep understanding of
B2B SaaS sales funnels, ICP targeting, and outbound strategy. - Experience with
CRM and prospecting tools
such as Apollo, HubSpot, Instantly, Lemlist, or Sales Navigator. - Strong grasp of
pipeline management
, follow-up discipline, and structured outreach processes. - Resourceful and adaptable mindset
— able to think on your feet and creatively find new leads. - Results-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability.
- Familiarity with SaaS, AI, or technology consulting services is a plus.
