Job Description:

WBM Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of creativity, the ability to generate engaging content ideas, and experience in managing social media platforms in a unique and impactful way.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create innovative and engaging content, including posts, videos, and campaigns.
  • Monitor, moderate, and manage online communities in a professional manner.
  • Introduce new and unique features to boost engagement and brand visibility.
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to align strategies.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media Marketing.
  • Strong creative thinking and content creation skills.
  • Good understanding of digital trends, algorithms, and audience behavior.
  • Excellent communication and community management skills.
