Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day production operations.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor production plans and schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and ISO standards.
  • Drive process optimization and resource utilization.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate production teams for enhanced performance.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, quality assurance, and supply chain departments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of proven experience in production management (FMCG/Aerosol/Manufacturing industry preferred).
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices.
