Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Product Manager to oversee the entire product lifecycle for our men's and women's suiting and wool coats. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of fabric selection, material sourcing, quality control, and production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete process from fabric sourcing to finished product development.

Select fabrics, trims, and materials that align with quality and design standards.

Oversee quality control (QC) checks at every stage of production.

Ensure precision in stitching, fitting, and finishing for suiting and wool coats.

Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and production teams to maintain quality and timelines.

Conduct regular inspections to uphold brand standards.

Develop and implement processes for continuous product improvement.

Monitor market trends and customer preferences to guide fabric and product selection.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience in managing finished products and materials, specifically in men's and women's suiting and wool coats.

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Textile and Fashion Designing (or related field)

Strong knowledge of fabrics, wool, stitching techniques, and tailoring details.

Proven expertise in quality assurance and production management.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining the highest quality standards.
