Job Description:
Are you a confident communicator with a proven track record in closing sales? We're seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Closer to join our remote team. If you're tech-savvy, have strong English communication skills, and at least 2 years of proven sales experience—ideally in the immigration sector—this role is for you.
About the Role
As a Sales Closer, you'll handle warm leads, conduct detailed discovery calls, and guide prospects through the sales process to successfully close deals. You'll build trust, manage objections, and ensure a seamless handoff to the onboarding team.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in immigration consultancy or related service-based industries
- Excellent verbal and written English with minimal accent and strong listening skills
- Proven ability to independently close deals and manage the full sales cycle
- Comfortable with CRMs (SuiteCRM experience is a plus)
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools/processes
- Self-driven, professional, and goal-oriented
- Available to start immediately
Responsibilities
- Conduct sales calls with qualified leads and guide them through decision-making
- Close deals and ensure smooth handoff to the onboarding team
- Manage and update lead records in the CRM
- Follow up with prospects to address hesitations or gather information
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets
Job Details
- Location: Remote
- Type: Full-time
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. EST
- Compensation: $400 CAD base salary plus sales commissions
