Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Business Operations Manager & Project Manager to oversee day-to-day business operations while managing key client and internal projects. The ideal candidate will balance operational efficiency with project execution, ensuring smooth workflows, timely delivery, and exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Business Operations:


• Oversee and improve company operational processes for maximum efficiency.


• Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.


• Develop and monitor performance metrics and KPIs for business growth.


• Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.

Project Management:


• Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to completion.


• Create detailed project timelines, allocate resources, and assign tasks.


• Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders and team members.


• Identify risks, resolve issues, and maintain high-quality project delivery.


• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Qualifications & Skills


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field.


• Proven experience in business operations, project management, or both.


• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.


• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Project Intern. The Project Intern will be responsible for assisting with project management tasks, maintaining project documentation, conducting research, and coordinating with team members. The intern will also help in creating reports, organizing meetings, and ensuring that project timelines are met. This position provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management.
