We're Hiring: Procurement Specialist – Strategic Technology Procurement

Location: Remote

Timings: 6 PM – 2 PM (Pakistan Time)

Salary: Open Budget

Are you a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist with a passion for software & SaaS asset management? Do you thrive on building vendor relationships, optimizing license usage, and ensuring compliance while driving cost savings? If yes, we want YOU on our global team

At HRPSP, we're looking for a highly motivated professional to join our Strategic Technology Procurement team. In this role, you'll collaborate with DX/IT, Finance, and Legal to maximize value from software investments while ensuring compliance with vendor agreements.

What You'll Do

  • Manage vendor relations, renewals & licensing issues
  • Analyse software usage patterns & drive cost-saving initiatives
  • Develop and enforce procurement & compliance policies
  • Track and maintain software assets & licenses
  • Define goals, manage risks, and ensure smooth execution
  • Provide stakeholder updates & promote best practices

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in IT Operations, Procurement, or Software Asset Management
  • Proficiency with SAM tools & license management platforms
  • Strong analytical, organizational & communication skills
  • Vendor negotiation expertise and global collaboration abilities
  • Knowledge of SaaS/software compliance & regulatory frameworks
