We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated
Officer – Accounts
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing vendor transactions, recording raw material and service purchases, processing payments, and ensuring reconciliation with suppliers

Responsibilities

  • Record and maintain accurate entries of all raw material purchases in the accounting system.
  • Process payments to suppliers/vendors in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining all supporting documents.
  • Perform regular reconciliation of vendor ledgers/statements to ensure financial accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Com, BBA, etc.)

1–3 years of experience in accounting or procurement functions

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP systems)

Strong understanding of purchase cycles and vendor management
