Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled
Generative AI Engineer
with a strong background in Python or JavaScript to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building AI-powered chatbots, voicebots, and a solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs). You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions that enhance user experience and deliver business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy
    chatbots and voicebots
    using state-of-the-art generative AI technologies.
  • Integrate and fine-tune
    LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, etc.)
    for specific business use-cases.
  • Build conversational AI systems with context retention, multi-turn dialogues, and personalization.
  • Develop scalable backend services using
    Python or JavaScript )
    to support AI applications.
  • Collaborate with product teams to define requirements and deliver AI-driven features.
  • Conduct R&D on new advancements in generative AI, NLP, and multimodal models.
  • Optimize models for latency, cost, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Ensure data privacy, ethical AI standards, and compliance in all AI solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in
    Python or JavaScript )
    .
  • Proven experience in building and deploying
    chatbots / voicebots
    using frameworks such as:
  • Rasa, Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, Alexa SDK, etc.
  • Solid understanding of
    Large Language Models (LLMs)
    and their fine-tuning/integration.
  • Experience with APIs of leading AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, etc.)
  • Familiarity with NLP techniques: prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Understanding of speech-to-text and text-to-speech technologies for voicebot development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
