Job Description:

  • Manage and supervise day-to-day administrative and office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain office facilities, utilities, and supplies; ensure timely procurement and inventory control.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and suppliers; negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective services.
  • Oversee travel arrangements, office logistics, and asset management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and administrative regulations.
  • Maintain accurate administrative records, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Support HR and Finance teams with administrative tasks, onboarding logistics, and policy implementation.
  • Handle employee administrative queries and provide operational support as needed.
  • Ensure workplace health, safety, and security standards are consistently maintained.
  • Assist management with reports, audits, and administrative planning.

Pay: Rs45, Rs50,000.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

  • Govt. Taxes & Slabs.(SRB and FBR): 1 year (Required)
