HR & Admin Executive (Night Shift) — On-SiteLocation: Karachi, PakistanSchedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (PKT)Employment Type: Full-time (On-site only)Experience: Fresh graduates preferred (0–1 year)Apply now: Send your CV to and CC: the RoleWe're hiring a proactive HR & Admin Executive (Night Shift) to keep our office operations smooth overnight—handling attendance, payroll inputs, hospitality (tea/refreshments), admin coordination, and internal communications (emails, holiday updates, newsletters). You'll coordinate handovers with the morning admin team to ensure continuity.Key ResponsibilitiesOffice & Admin Operations Ensure nightly office readiness (pantry/tea & refreshments, stationery, meeting rooms). Track and replenish inventory (pantry, stationery, cleaning supplies); manage vendor follow-ups. Log facility/IT/maintenance issues and coordinate resolution with Admin. Maintain checklists/SOPs and handover notes for the morning team.HR Operations Manage attendance (biometric/timesheets), leaves, late/OT logs. Prepare monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, OT, advances/deductions) for Finance; maintain pay and attendance trackers. Support onboarding/offboarding (forms, IDs, welcome/exit kits); keep HR files/HRIS updated.Communications & Coordination Draft/send internal emails and holiday announcements; maintain the holiday calendar. Coordinate the monthly internal newsletter (collect updates, compile, circulate). Liaise with managers for shift coverage, meetings, and admin support. Plan small in-office arrangements (refreshments, room bookings, guest coordination).Compliance & Reporting Keep trackers (attendance, payroll inputs, assets) audit-ready. Share weekly/monthly summaries with Admin/HR leads. Maintain confidentiality of employee data at all times.What You'll Need Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply (0–1 year experience in HR/Admin is a plus). Comfortable with night shifts (Mon–Fri, 10 PM–6 AM). Solid skills in MS Excel/Google Sheets (attendance & payroll trackers) and Docs/Word (memos/newsletters). Clear written & verbal communication; organized, responsible, and service-oriented.Nice to Have Experience with biometric attendance/HRIS tools. Basic procurement/vendor coordination exposure.
