About the Role

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team for our innovative Mobile application. You'll be responsible for developing and executing content-driven marketing strategies across social media, blog content, and email marketing channels to drive user engagement and app adoption.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Strategy

  • Develop and execute comprehensive content marketing strategies across social media platforms, blog, and email campaigns
  • Create engaging, educational content that showcases our app's features and benefits
  • Write compelling blog posts, social media content, and email newsletters that resonate with our target audience
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all digital touchpoints

Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow our presence across key social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
  • Create platform-specific content calendars and posting schedules
  • Engage with our community, respond to comments, and foster meaningful conversations
  • Monitor social media trends and incorporate relevant topics into our content strategy

Email Marketing

  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns including newsletters, product updates, and user onboarding sequences
  • Segment email lists and create personalized messaging for different user groups
  • A/B test email subject lines, content, and send times to optimize performance
  • Track email metrics and continuously improve campaign effectiveness

Performance & Analytics

  • Monitor and analyze content performance across all channels
  • Provide regular reports on engagement metrics, reach, and conversion rates
  • Use data insights to refine content strategy and improve ROI
  • Collaborate with ASO and User Acquisition specialists to ensure cohesive marketing efforts

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2-3 years of experience in content marketing, social media management, or digital marketing
  • 2+ years of experience marketing mobile applications or working within the mobile app industry
  • Deep understanding of mobile app user behavior, and app store ecosystems
  • Proven experience creating content that drives app downloads, user engagement, and retention
  • Strong writing skills with ability to create content for different platforms and audiences
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, ConvertKit, etc.)
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) (is a plus)
  • Basic understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights)
  • Knowledge of content management systems and basic design tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing mobile apps or tech products
  • Familiarity with AI/technology sector and ability to explain complex concepts simply
  • Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Understanding of SEO best practices for blog content
  • Experience with marketing automation tools
  • Knowledge of user acquisition funnels and conversion optimization
