About the role:We are hiring for one of our clients in Karachi for the role of Senior Sales Executive. This position to grow company's market share in concrete admixtures by developing and managing key relationships with ready-mix producers, precast manufacturers, and contractors. The role involves active field engagement to achieve sales targets, conduct trials, and ensure customer satisfaction through strong technical and commercial support. Responsibilities include:Business Development & Sales: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for admixtures. Develop new accounts with ready-mix companies, precast manufacturers, and contractors. Generate leads through site visits, technical trials, and industry networking, while coordinating with R&D; and Operations for dosage trials and supply management.Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with plant managers, batching engineers, and quality control teams. Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and follow-ups on admixture performance. Ensure high customer satisfaction and quick response to field challenges.Technical & Commercial Coordination: Coordinate with R&D; for product trials, dosage optimization, and performance reports. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules within company guidelines. Ensure smooth collaboration between clients and internal teams for dispatch and service.Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing, dosage practices, and site performance feedback. Identify new opportunities in infrastructure, ready-mix, and institutional projects. Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer requirements.Reporting: Maintain visit records, customer data, and market updates in Excel and periodic reports. Submit weekly and monthly progress reports to the Regional Sales Manager, covering trials, conversions, and outstanding collections.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Engineering.Preferred: 3–6 years of admixture sales experience (superplasticizers, water reducers, etc.).Alternate: Experience as a Materials Engineer or QA/QC Engineer at a ready-mix or batching plant with practical knowledge of admixture use and concrete performance.Understanding of PCEs, SNFs, set retarders, and air entrainers (no experience with accelerators required).Existing relationships in the ready-mix and contractor ecosystem preferred.Strong communication and negotiation skills.
