Job Purpose: To handle international & domestic interconnect partners, particularly for voice wholesale business, and can add revenue through transit business and improve IDD cost. Job Responsibilities:

  • Explore and implement new initiatives for LDI revenue growth and Wholesale Voice Transit business expansion.
  • Oversee settlement of domestic accounts, ensuring timely reconciliation and tracking of receivables.
  • Manage Bank Guarantees and prepayment arrangements for both domestic and international business partners.
  • Initiate and manage new business requirements aligned with organizational goals and market trends.
  • Prepare and present business cases for new and ongoing opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
  • Drive revenue enhancement and cost optimization initiatives to maximize business value.
  • Manage LDI receivables and payables, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Optimize IDD route costs to enhance profitability in wholesale international voice operations.
  • Deliver accurate weekly activity updates, along with monthly and ad hoc performance reports for senior management.
  • Develop, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards for efficient operations.
  • Ensure strong inter- and intra-departmental coordination to support seamless business execution.
  • Conduct independent market intelligence to monitor and analyze sales channel performance for strategic insights.

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills): Education:

  • Must have a minimum of Bachelors Degree or above

Work Experience

  • Preferably up-to 3 years & above
