Job Purpose
Responsible for overseeing all International Roaming (IR) retail segments by ensuring a seamless and positive IR retail segments experience. :

Job Responsibilities

  • Testing of IR stable routes, testing of new product developments. These system and network configuration and development will include Huawei and ZTE nodes.
  • Implement daily activities to the IR base based on Vendor Reports and coordinate with relevant teams for artwork and communication.
  • To strengthen the IR retail segments' revenue by ensuring profit and loss positivity. To engage in technical and system-level configuration with finance (ROI), engineering (NOMC), IT (BSS & Ops), RA (C&IA).
  • To evaluate daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting dashboards and forecasts for Executive Management, highlighting key performance indicators, achievements, or any risks.
  • Plan and execute operations for the successful launch of new offers and promotions for IR, managing the entire campaign lifecycle from conception to implementation.
  • Oversee comprehensive management of IR revenue streams, including market research, pricing strategies, business case development, and product development.
  • Conduct regular product testing for IR through the SIGOS platform to maintain quality standards.
  • Troubleshooting and cataloging all incidents for record keeping and preparing reference documents of all the operational SOPs.
  • Monthly Revenue booking, ensuring all financial contributors are accounted for 100% in monthly revenue.

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills): Education:

  • Bachelor's degree from reputed University preferably in Telecom Engineering
  • MBA will be preferred

Work Experience

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in IDD & IR retail segments.

  • Proficiency in IR network flows and anticipation of upcoming challenges.

  • Product configuration, development, and system configuration.

Others: Must know about IDD & IR product profiling, configuration, and development (system & Network) Huawei & ZTE relevant nodes, etc Must have trunk configuration/routing knowledge. Communication & Negotiation Skills Technical knowledge of telecommunication operations and processes Problem solver & solution provider Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Ability to coordinate inter-departmental activities effectively. Understanding of Telecommunication LDI (Long Distance International) Business.
