Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a
Sales Development Representative Lead
located in Johar Town, Lahore. The
SDR Lead
will be responsible for driving lead generation, managing inside sales processes, developing new business opportunities, and facilitating effective communication with potential clients. Key day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, nurturing relationships with prospects, and working closely with the sales team to achieve business development goals.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Telecom Sales, Outbound Sales, B2B, and Lead Generation (experience with AT&T is preferred)
  • Strong communication skills (American accent preferred)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a team lead
  • Proven track record in sales and business development
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
