The Opportunity:

We are looking for a confident, articulate, and results-driven Female Sales Executive to join our team. We believe a diverse team fosters creativity and better understands our varied client base. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, understanding their vision and presenting them with tailored digital solutions that deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business leads through various channels (networking, social media, referrals, cold outreach).
  • Conduct persuasive sales presentations and client meetings, effectively communicating the value of our services (photography, web development, social media).
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and collaborate with our creative team to propose customized service packages.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals.

Who You Are (Requirements):

  • A motivated female professional with 1-2 years of experience in sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you can build rapport easily and present with confidence.
  • A keen understanding of the digital landscape (social media, e-commerce, online marketing).
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Persuasive and persistent, with a professional and polished demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in English and Urdu.

It's a Major Plus If You Have:

  • Prior experience selling digital marketing, web development, or creative services.
  • An existing network of potential clients or contacts in relevant industries.
  • Basic knowledge of platforms like Shopify, WordPress, or Meta Business Suite.
