Are you an ambitious, results-focused sales professional ready to handle the full scope of international B2B business development? Renexus Resource Group is hiring a driven Global Account Executive to join our high-performing team in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.
This full-time, on-site position offers a significant opportunity to be a primary driver of our global revenue by managing the complete sales lifecycle, cultivating new business, and strengthening essential client relationships across international markets. Your direct impact will be recognized and rewarded through an uncapped commission structure.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
As a core member of the revenue team, you will strategically manage the entire sales process, ensuring a premium, professional client journey from initial contact to contract completion:
- New Business Development: Proactively identify, engage, and successfully convert target clients within diverse international territories to achieve aggressive sales quotas.
- Comprehensive Client Engagement: Skillfully manage high-volume communication across all channels, including strategic outbound calling, professional email correspondence, and responding efficiently to inbound inquiries.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure: Confidently present the value proposition of our services, manage pricing discussions, and negotiate profitable, sustainable agreements with executive-level decision-makers.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Take ownership of the pipeline process, accurately logging all sales activities and updating client records within CRM systems to ensure data integrity and reliable forecasting.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with internal teams (e.g., operations and client service) to ensure seamless service delivery and continually refine go-to-market strategies.
Candidate Profile: Required Competencies
We are seeking a focused professional with the required foundation to excel in global sales:
- Professional Experience: 6 months to 2 years of professional sales experience is required. Prior exposure to international sales or B2B lead management is a distinct advantage.
- Language Proficiency: A strong, articulate command of both written and spoken English is mandatory for effective communication with a global clientele.
- Technical Acumen: Foundational understanding of the professional sales pipeline methodology is essential; familiarity with enterprise-level CRM software is highly desirable.
- Personal Drive: Must be highly motivated, strongly target-oriented, resilient, and possess a proactive, collaborative approach to teamwork.

Compensation and Position Details
- Base Salary: PKR 30,000 – PKR 70,000 per month, commensurate with proven experience and qualifications.
