Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote training programs and consultancy services.
  • Identify potential clients (corporates, hospitals, educational institutes, government bodies) in Pakistan and the UAE market.
  • Generate leads through networking, digital campaigns, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and direct sales.
  • Conduct presentations, webinars, and meetings with potential clients to showcase Prime Educational Hub's offerings.
  • Collaborate with management to design promotional campaigns, marketing materials, and social media strategies.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer need to propose new strategies.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales & marketing (preferably in training, education, or consultancy sector).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Digital marketing and social media management knowledge is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.

Incentives (Performance-Based)

Apart from the fixed salary, the following performance-linked incentives will be offered:

  • Sales Commission: Percentage on each successful enrollment or consultancy contract closed.
  • Quarterly Performance Bonus: Based on achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Client Retention Bonus: For maintaining long-term client accounts/contracts.
  • Recognition Awards: Top performers will be recognized with certificates and performance appreciation from management.
  • Professional Growth: Free or discounted enrollment in selected training programs to enhance career skills.

Pay: Rs25, Rs40,000.00 per month
