We are hiring for a detail-oriented and proactive
QA/Test Engineer
who will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our mobile and web applications. This role involves hands-on manual testing and developing automated test suites, with a forward-thinking approach to integrating AI tools into QA workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
●Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for mobile (Android/iOS) and web applications.

●Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and UX designers to ensure high-quality product releases.

●Develop robust and scalable automated tests using industry-standard tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Postman, Cypress, Playwright).

●Perform regression, integration, system, performance, and UI testing across multiple platforms and browsers.

●Use AI-powered testing tools or frameworks (e.g., Testim, mabl, Applitools, GitHub Copilot) to enhance QA coverage and efficiency.

●Continuously review and improve test processes, including exploratory testing and risk-based strategies.

●Participate in requirement analysis and provide feedback from a QA perspective.

●Report bugs clearly and concisely using tools like Jira, Trello, or ClickUp, and track them through resolution.

●Analyze and provide QA metrics to help teams improve velocity and quality.

Required Skills and Experience:
●3+ years of experience in software QA (manual and automation testing).

●Hands-on experience testing both mobile apps (Android/iOS) and web applications.

●Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or Playwright.

●Good command of programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for automation.

●Familiarity with REST API testing using tools like Postman or REST Assured.

●Experience using bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).

●Knowledge of CI/CD tools and processes (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

●Exposure to AI-driven QA tools and frameworks that enhance testing (e.g., Testim, Applitools, or similar).

●Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

●Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:
●ISTQB or equivalent certification.

●Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).

●Familiarity with containerization and cloud platforms (e.g., Docker, AWS).

●Knowledge of accessibility testing standards and tools.

●Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
