Win Win Marketing, the Master Franchisee of Faisal Town and one of Pakistan's fastest-growing real estate marketing companies is expanding its marketing team.

The company is led by the President of Islamabad Chamber of Commerce & Industry (ICCI), bringing strong credibility, industry leadership, and nationwide recognition.

We're looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager who understands Pakistan's real estate ecosystem and can elevate our digital footprint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute monthly social media strategies across all platforms
  • Create engaging content around Faisal Town, E-Park Premium & other WWM initiatives
  • Coordinate with production, sales, and marketing teams for real-time content
  • Manage reels, stories, static posts, event coverages, and performance reporting
  • Ensure brand consistency and high-quality publishing standards
  • Trend research, competitor benchmarking & campaign optimization

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in Real Estate Social Media Management (mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of real estate buyer psychology & sales-driven content
  • Skilled in content planning, writing, and basic design coordination
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, event-heavy environment
  • Creative mindset + independent ownership of tasks
  • Strong grip on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok
  • Excellent communication & coordination skills
