Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for various business use cases (e.g., predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems).
  • Preprocess, clean, and analyze large structured and unstructured datasets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into ML solutions.
  • Optimize models for performance, scalability, and robustness in production environments.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines and MLOps infrastructure (CI/CD for ML).
  • Conduct model validation, A/B testing, and performance monitoring post-deployment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI/ML research and tools; experiment with new algorithms and frameworks.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in applied machine learning, data science, or AI engineering.
  • Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, or LightGBM.
  • Experience in working with deep learning models, NLP, or computer vision.
  • Strong understanding of statistics, data modeling, and algorithm design.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ML services.
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, or SageMaker.
  • Experience with version control (Git), containerization (Docker), and API development.
  • Experience with large language models (LLMs) or generative AI.
  • Familiarity with data engineering tools (Spark, Kafka, Snowflake, etc.).
  • Knowledge of real-time data processing and edge AI.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
