We're looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager to oversee our brand's presence across all social media platforms. You'll be responsible for developing and executing engaging content strategies, managing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and growing our online community to strengthen brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement a results-driven social media strategy aligned with brand goals.
  • Plan and manage social media content calendars across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest).
  • Stay up-to-date with trends, algorithm updates, and emerging social platforms.
  • Content Creation
  • Create and curate engaging, visually appealing, and on-brand content (images, videos, reels, stories, carousels, etc.).
  • Write compelling captions, hashtags, and copy optimized for engagement.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other creatives to produce high-quality content.
  • Community Management
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, professional manner.
  • Foster an active and loyal community around the brand.
  • Manage influencer collaborations, partnerships, and brand ambassadors.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Track and analyze social media KPIs such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions.
  • Generate regular performance reports and recommend improvements based on insights.
  • Use analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, etc.) to guide decision-making.
  • Advertising
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns to increase visibility and conversions.
  • Manage budgets and analyze ROI on social ad spend.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience managing social media for a brand or agency.
  • Strong understanding of current social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later.
  • Basic knowledge of paid media, SEO, and content marketing principles is a plus.

  • Video editing and content creation experience.
  • Experience with influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Creativity, adaptability, and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Pay: Rs50, Rs150,000.00 per month
