About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chinese Cook to join our kitchen team. This is a full-time role with a 4-day work schedule, ideal for someone seeking work-life balance without sacrificing career growth.

You'll be responsible for preparing authentic Chinese dishes using fresh ingredients, supporting both dine-in and takeaway services, or catering (depending on your setup).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes (wok, dim sum, stir fry, etc.).
  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet high standards.
  • Assist with prep, portioning, and stock rotation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy hours.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience cooking Chinese cuisine in a professional kitchen (2+ years preferred).
  • Knowledge of traditional techniques and modern presentation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency.
  • Team player with good communication and time management.
  • Reliable and flexible, with a strong work ethic.
