We're Hiring: Social Media Manager

Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, NASTP

Experience: Mid-Level

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media activities to strengthen visibility, engagement, and outreach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Identify target audiences and select the right platforms.
  • Create monthly/weekly content calendars.
  • Content Creation & Management
  • Craft engaging content (posts, stories, videos, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Production team.
  • Growth & Advertising
  • Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Monitor follower growth, reach, and engagement.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Track performance metrics (reach, clicks, engagement, conversions).
  • Generate regular reports and suggest improvements.
  • Trend Spotting & Innovation
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends and features.
  • Propose creative campaign ideas to boost visibility.
  • Collaboration
  • Coordinate with sales, design, and other teams.
  • Support influencer outreach and digital marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of paid ads and analytics.
  • Creative mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, influencer outreach, or graphic/video editing is a plus.
