Your Role

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Data Analyst to support ongoing data analysis and reporting tasks during and after the Data Lake implementation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring data integrity, creating meaningful reports, and enabling seamless access to actionable insights. This role involves close collaboration with data engineers, business stakeholders, and BI teams to translate complex data into clear, valuable outcomes that support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Strong foundation in SQL with the ability to write and optimize complex queries; familiarity with writing advanced joins, subqueries, CTEs, and performance tuning techniques.

  • Proven experience working with large and complex datasets across various sources.

  • Solid data analysis skills with a strong focus on identifying trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.

  • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness in data handling and reporting.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot data issues and deliver reliable results.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and translate them into clear analytical outputs.

  • Hands-on experience with data visualization or reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Excel, Looker or similar).

  • Familiarity with data quality and validation techniques to ensure trust in reported data.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • 1+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL with the ability to work across large datasets for analysis and reporting.

  • Hands-on experience with data visualization or reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Excel, Looker or similar).

  • Solid understanding of data analysis techniques, KPIs, and reporting best practices.

  • Familiarity with data modelling, data profiling, and data quality assessment.

  • Experience working with large volumes of structured and unstructured data.

  • Basic knowledge of scripting languages like Python or R for data manipulation (preferred).

  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
