Job Description
Royal Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Recruiter with a strong background in the solar energy sector. The role involves managing the entire recruitment cycle, sourcing top talent, and ensuring the company attracts and retains skilled professionals to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for solar industry roles.
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
- Ensure timely hiring and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain recruitment reports and databases.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Mandatory experience in the Solar Energy Industry.
- Proven track record in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
