About the Role:

Mancon International (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a skilled and dynamic International Recruiter
with at least
5 years of professional experience
in handling end-to-end recruitment across industries such as
Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Production, and Offshore sectors
.

The role requires strong expertise in international hiring, sourcing, and candidate management for both technical and blue-collar categories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for international positions — from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Recruit across multiple industries including Oil & Gas, Offshore, Marine, and Production.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
  • Conduct screening interviews, shortlist qualified candidates, and coordinate interviews.
  • Use various platforms such as
    LinkedIn Recruiter, , Indeed, and
    for sourcing.
  • Collaborate with mobilization and documentation teams to ensure smooth overseas deployment.
  • Maintain recruitment records and ensure timely reporting of hiring activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
    in international recruitment.
  • Hands-on experience hiring for
    Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, and Offshore
    sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of overseas recruitment procedures and compliance standards.
