About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic Junior Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their sales career who's eager to learn, grow, and make an impact. You'll work closely with our marketing team to connect with potential clients, build relationships, and help drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet company targets.
  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to identify new leads and follow up on warm prospects.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation and campaign goals.
  • Learn and apply effective sales techniques, including negotiation and relationship building.

Requirements

  • Some experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (internships or entry-level experience welcome).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with potential clients.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
