Job Description

• Supervise and lead kitchen staff, ensuring smooth operations in pizza, lasagna, pasta, appetizer, and broast preparation areas.
• Assign daily tasks, set clear expectations, and provide hands-on guidance to team members.
• Conduct regular kitchen briefings and training sessions to improve performance and encourage teamwork.
• Oversee day-to-day kitchen activities, ensuring efficient workflows and compliance with Pizza Max's quality and service standards.
• Monitor ingredient and stock levels, reporting shortages or surpluses promptly to avoid operational delays.
• Coordinate with front-of-house and other departments to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Maintain consistent food quality by conducting regular checks, tastings, and inspections.
• Address any quality issues immediately, implementing corrective measures when necessary.
• Ensure a strong focus on customer satisfaction by maintaining food quality, presentation, and timely service.
• Train new kitchen staff on menu preparation, safety protocols, hygiene practices, and company procedures.
• Provide continuous coaching and constructive feedback to improve skills and efficiency.
• Identify skill gaps within the team and recommend training programs to management.
• Enforce strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations at all times.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and safe working conditions.
• Ensure all safety equipment is correctly used and properly maintained.
• Keep accurate records of inventory, daily production, wastage, and incident reports.
• Prepare and submit kitchen performance reports as required by management.
• Communicate operational issues or discrepancies to higher management for quick resolution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month
