oyland Ltd is looking for a position of "Sr. Accounts Executive"
Experience: 2-3 years
Qualification: M.com, MBA Finance, ICMA, ACCA
Salary: 70k-75k
Location: Lahore
Job Description:
- Oversee the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice verification, coding, and payment processing.
- Review and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain vendor records, including updating contact information, payment terms, and banking details.
- Monitor accounts payable aging and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payments.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for payment transfers, wire transfers, and other payment methods as required.
- Monitor cash flow and manage payment priorities to optimize working capital.
- Conduct periodic vendor performance reviews to ensure adherence to service-level agreements and contractual terms.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including accounts payable aging, cash flow forecasts, and other ad-hoc reports as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and relevant regulations.
