Location: Onsite Job at Gulberg 3, Lahore, Pakistan

About the Role:

We are looking for an Excel Data Entry Expert with exceptional English communication skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX, SUMIF, etc.), be skilled in sourcing data online using various tools and techniques, and be able to present data clearly and concisely.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and verifying data with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring the integrity of information we use for reporting and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and update data into our systems, ensuring precision at every step.
  • Verify data for any errors or inconsistencies to maintain high-quality records.
  • Use advanced Excel functions (like Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Macros) to process and analyze data.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve discrepancies in data.
  • Present data findings in a clear, structured, and actionable format.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential for seamless communication with clients and team members.
  • Proven expertise in Advanced Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc.).
  • Strong ability to source data using online tools, databases, and search techniques.
  • SQL query experience is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills for interpreting large datasets and deriving insights.
  • High attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Previous experience in data research or similar roles is preferred.
  • Must be a Lahore resident.
