Trade Marketing Specialists
Mission StatementTrade Marketing Specialist will be responsible for ensuring on time in full execution and activation of IMCs, Channel initiatives and brand launches nationally as well as their analysis and enhancement across Trade
Main Responsibilities1. Support best in class execution by implementing deployment of effective vendor management strategy
2. Manage 3P dedicated for POSM deployment and Creative agency as per trade marketing business plan
3. Provide input to Trade marketing teams at territory and H.O level on tools usage, effectiveness and cost based on vendor discussions and market intel
4. Explore new innovations in POS world by test marketing emerging concepts in relevant channels
5. Execute trade marketing agenda at territory level through effective utilization of trade marketing resource
6. Deliver OTIF on national brand launches as per category plans
7. Manage marketing asset inventory (excluding coolers, BIB, glass) at CCBPL WHs along with market assets including strategic POSM.
8. Track DME spect and effectiveness at Head Office and territories, amongst all heads along with monthly tracking
9. Ensure compliance with all regulatory systems of the company, Cross functionally collaborates with relevant stakeholders for the execution across sales centres & with finance, multiple marketing teams.
