Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive (Commission-Based). This role is ideal for individuals eager to learn, build their career in sales, and gain hands-on experience in lead generation, client communication, and business development.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads, manage inquiries, and support sales efforts.
  • Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and share company information.
  • Assist in preparing research materials, reports, and presentations.
  • Take notes during meetings and manage documentation.
  • Sell to existing and potential clients while supporting partners in closing deals.
  • Develop and maintain a territory plan aligned with company goals.
  • Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and business climate.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree required.
  • 0–1+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or marketing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Energetic, eager to learn, and open to new challenges.
  • Must own a desktop computer/laptop (for remote work).
