Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Karachi Central District (North Nazimabad). The Sales Executive is responsible for selling insurance products, generating leads, meeting clients, and providing tailored insurance solutions. Daily tasks include negotiating terms, closing sales, meeting monthly targets, and maintaining client relationships. The role requires close cooperation with marketing and customer service teams to enhance client satisfaction and support business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in the insurance industry or related field
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good understanding of financial services and insurance products
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
  • Experience in the life insurance sector, with knowledge of local market trends and regulations.
