Job Brief

The Senior Project Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of the salon management platform, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timelines, and quality benchmarks. This role will manage all delivery phases, cross-functional teams, and vendor relationships under a hybrid methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Governance & Leadership: Act as the primary accountable lead to the Steering Committee and Project Board.
  • Delivery Execution: Manage all delivery phases from initiation to closure, ensuring Definition of Done compliance.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain active engagement with RCG and vendor teams via agreed communication plan.
  • Vendor Coordination: Oversee VentureDive team and third-party integrations.
  • Scope, Budget & Timeline Control: Maintain control over deliverables, launch budget, and milestone adherence.
  • Quality & Risk Management: Enforce performance, security, and scalability thresholds; manage risks proactively.

Required Experience & Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT. PMP/PRINCE2 or Agile certifications preferred.
  • 12+ years in IT project management, 5+ years delivering complex multi-platform solutions.
  • Proven success in hybrid (Agile + Traditional) delivery environments.
  • Proven experience leading projects with complex multi-system and third-party integrations, ensuring seamless interoperability, data integrity, and compliance.
  • Strong vendor management and technical understanding of AWS, API gateway management, serverless architectures, and mobile/web platforms; adept at managing large-scale integration efforts across multiple vendors and platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Candidate should be comfortable to work from office 5 days a week.
