Jr. Executive Assistant (International IT Company)

Overview

We are seeking a professional and highly presentable Executive Assistant to support our leadership team in a fast-paced international IT technology environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, a polished appearance, and the ability to confidently interact with global clients via calls, emails, and video meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for international clients, handling calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism.
  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings across multiple time zones, and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and client-facing use.
  • Assist in organizing travel, events, and client meetings.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive company information.
  • Support executives with daily administrative tasks and special projects.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Client Coordinator.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Highly presentable appearance and professional demeanor for client-facing interactions.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, and virtual communication tools (Zoom, RingCentral, Google Meet, etc.).
  • Ability to handle pressure and work with international teams across different time zones.
  • Familiarity with software stacks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in IT, eCommerce, AI/BI, or technology consulting industries.
  • Experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership.
  • Familiarity with project management and CRM tools.
