Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive with proven experience in cold outreach and freelance platform bidding. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in generating qualified leads, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct cold outreach via LinkedIn to connect with and engage potential clients.

● Identify and bid on high-potential projects on Upwork, Freelancer and other freelance marketplaces.

● Build and maintain strong client relationships to create repeat business opportunities.

● Collaborate with the internal team to align outreach strategies with company goals.

● Maintain detailed records of outreach activities and track conversion metrics.

Requirements:

● 1-1.5 years of experience in cold outreach and online bidding.

● Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer, and similar platforms.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly outreach targets.

● Experience with CRM tools and email automation platforms is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

● Understanding of global B2B markets, especially USA, Canada, UK, UAE and Europe.

● Creative proposal writing and personalised outreach techniques.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: Rs50, Rs150,000.00 per month
