Vocentra is a growing outsourcing company helping global clients with sales and lead generation. We're now hiring a Business Development Executive to expand our reach.

Responsibilities:

Connect with U.S. brokers/agents and close deals.

Negotiate rates and manage lead vendors.

Build and maintain client relationships.

Requirements:

MBA/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Proven sales/BD experience (call center or insurance preferred).

Excellent communication & negotiation skills.

Self-motivated and target-driven.

Compensation:

30,000 PKR base + high commissions.
