Join us as an Assistant Brand Manager and play a key role in driving the success of our brands. This role offers the opportunity to shape brand strategy, deliver impactful marketing campaigns, and drive business performance.

How You'll Contribute:

  • Support in developing and executing annual brand plans to drive growth and strengthen brand equity.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Assist in managing brand P&L and tracking key performance indicators to ensure delivery against targets.
  • Collaborate with creative, media, and digital agencies to roll out impactful ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns.
  • Partner with
    Trade Marketing
    and
    Sales
    teams to ensure strong in-market execution and ROI.
  • Work closely with
    cross-functional teams
    (R&D, Supply Chain, Finance) to support product launches and brand initiatives.
  • Monitor brand health metrics and share insights to guide future strategy and innovation.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of experience in brand management/marketing within FMCG.
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking skills with a passion for building brands.
  • Exposure to
    integrated marketing campaigns
    and on-ground activations.
  • Good commercial understanding and business acumen.
