We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer & Team Lead to design, architect, and deliver a cloud-native, responsive web and mobile platform. The ideal candidate will have end-to-end experience building scalable applications entirely on Azure or AWS, with strong expertise in both frontend and backend development, and hands-on DevOps capability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-stack development of a modern web platform with mobile compatibility (PWA or hybrid app).
  • Architect and develop secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions using cloud-native services.
  • Design backend APIs, data models, and microservices architecture.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and cloud infrastructure setup.
  • Collaborate closely with UI/UX, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Guide a small development team with technical mentorship and code reviews.
  • Optimize performance, security, and cloud cost efficiency.
  • Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging technologies for system improvement.

  • DevOps & CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps Pipelines, AWS Code Pipeline, Docker, Kubernetes (EKS/AKS)
  • Version Control & Collaboration: GitHub, Jira, Confluence
  • Security & Auth: OAuth2, JWT, SSO, MFA, Cloud IAM

Experience Required:

  • 7+ years of experience in full-stack development
  • 3+ years of experience in cloud-native application design and DevOps
  • Proven track record leading technical teams and delivering complete cloud solutions
