Job Responsibility:

  • Proficiency in google suite, clinical databases, and other relevant digital tools.
  • Ability to work within or overlap U.S. Business hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Proficiency in research & clinical data entry accuracy.
  • Problem-solving capabilities: Able to break down complex issues into manageable parts and find effective solutions.
  • Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with global teams.
  • Fluency in English with clear articulation and comprehension.
  • Familiarity with medical terminologies

Experience:

  • Hands-on experience in eSource configuration is a must.
  • Clinical Database management, including familiarity with data standards, validation, and quality control processes, is required.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in science or related field preferred

Working Hours:

  • 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM CST
