Role Summary

We're looking for dynamic interns who are eager to create engaging multimedia content across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Snapchat. This is a hands on internship designed to provide practical experience in social media storytelling while contributing to the growth of a leading e‑commerce consultancy.

Responsibilities

  • Produce platform‑specific content:
    Plan, shoot and edit short‑form videos, reels and stories tailored for TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat and YouTube Shorts, along with longer‑form content for YouTube.
  • On‑camera presentation:
    Deliver polished voiceovers and appear on camera; excellent spoken English is essential for narrating product demos, tutorials and company updates.
  • Research trends:
    Monitor social‑media trends and audio/visual styles to create relevant, engaging content that resonates with our audience.
  • Collaborate with marketing & design teams:
    Work closely with our digital marketing specialists, graphic designers and copywriters to ensure visual and verbal consistency across platforms.
  • Engage the community:
    Assist with posting schedules, respond to comments, and contribute ideas to boost interaction and brand visibility.
  • Measure performance:
    Track basic analytics (views, engagement, retention) and suggest adjustments to improve reach and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Strong English speaking and writing skills (mandatory).
    You must be confident on camera and able to convey information clearly.
  • Experience or interest in video production.
    Familiarity with basic editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva) is a plus.
  • Understanding of social‑media platforms.
    Awareness of content formats, audience behaviors and trends on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Snapchat.
  • Creativity and storytelling ability.
    You can turn technical topics—like e‑commerce and IT services—into engaging narratives.
  • Collaborative mindset.
    Comfortable working in a team environment with designers, marketers and account managers.
  • Educational background.
    Pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, film/media studies, business or related fields.
