Job Description:

Role Overview: As a Graphic Designer + Video Editor at Al-Aziz Marketing Network, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics and engaging videos that promote our real estate listings and brand. Your role will involve collaborating with the marketing team to design captivating visual assets and produce high-quality videos that showcase our properties and attract prospective clients.

Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:Design eye-catching graphics for digital and print marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, and email newsletters.

Develop visually appealing infographics and illustrations to convey complex real estate information to clients effectively.

Ensure that all design work aligns with our brand guidelines and enhances the overall visual identity of Al-Aziz Marketing Network.

Video Editing:Edit and produce compelling video tours of our real estate listings, highlighting key features and presenting properties in an enticing manner.

Enhance video content with engaging visuals, animations, and appropriate background music to create a memorable viewing experience.

Optimize videos for various platforms, including websites, social media, and YouTube, to maximize reach and engagement.

Photography and Videography:Capture high-quality photographs and videos of our properties, ensuring they are well-lit and showcase the best angles to entice potential buyers.

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute photoshoots and video shoots for new listings.

Marketing Collaboration:Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and assist in the creation of visually appealing and effective marketing strategies.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and concepts for marketing materials and campaigns.

Time Management:Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering top-notch results in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing real estate-related design and video projects.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Excellent photography and videography skills to capture and present properties attractively.
• Knowledge of real estate industry trends and familiarity with marketing strategies in the real estate sector is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members and clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Film Production, or a related field is advantageous.
