Key Responsibilities:

=> Collaborate with the team to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance.

Requirements:

=> Call Center experienced (mandatory).

=> Excellent English communication and customer dealing skills.

=> Ability to handle customer queries with confidence and professionalism.

=> Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.

=> Basic computer skills
