Role Overview

As our
SEO Specialist
, you will own and execute
every aspect of SEO
— from
technical
and
on-page
optimization to
local (Google My Business)
,
content
, and
AI-powered
strategies. You'll work with content, development, and analytics teams to boost visibility, organic traffic, and conversions for CareSynch Health's digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement
    full-spectrum SEO strategies
    (technical, on-page, off-page, local, content, and AI-driven).
  • Optimize and manage
    Google Business Profiles (GMB)
    ,
    NAP citations
    , and
    local SEO visibility
    .
  • Conduct
    keyword research
    ,
    competitor analysis
    , and
    content gap identification
    .
  • Perform
    technical SEO audits
    — crawlability, site speed, mobile optimization, structured data, Core Web Vitals.
  • Create and implement
    link-building & digital PR campaigns
    using ethical techniques.
  • Collaborate with content and medical teams to ensure
    E-E-A-T
    and
    YMYL
    compliance.
  • Track ROI and KPIs using
    GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager
    , and reporting dashboards.
  • Utilize
    AI-powered SEO tools
    (SurferSEO, Clearscope, Frase, MarketMuse) for content optimization.
  • Optimize for
    voice search
    ,
    video SEO
    , and
    featured snippets
    .
  • Stay current with
    Google algorithm updates
    and the
    Search Generative Experience (SGE)
    .

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years
    of SEO experience (agency or in-house).
  • Proven expertise across
    technical
    ,
    on-page
    ,
    off-page
    , and
    local SEO (GMB)
    .
  • Strong command of
    Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, Tag Manager
    .
  • Working knowledge of
    HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
    .
  • Familiarity with
    healthcare SEO
    ,
    E-E-A-T
    , and
    YMYL
    standards.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
